The 115 year old stone and timber tavern is more than its pair of music venues. Offering tavern food and drink, the rustic interior and open beer garden serve musicians, families, businesses and just plain folk year around.

Known for being the town cafe, the Gypsy Cafe is a sweet gathering place inside the brick walls of one of the oldest buildings in town. This cozy bistro, known for its breakfasts and brunch menu, is where the community meets over creative wholesome food from local farms and purveyors

The Flatbed thanks the innovative Creative Sonoma for their part in making the FLATBED come alive.
Public funding for the arts by way of Creative Sonoma's Cultural Arts Grant has helped us put the 'pedal to the metal' in reaching out to the greater West County community and helps us provide free tickets to those with limited financial resources in the region to enjoy the festival.

The Flatbed is proud to work with organizations like PLAY IT FORWARD MUSIC FOUNDATION and all local musicians dedicated to sharing their art through music education in Sonoma County.
Sebastopol is rooted to the independent communities of West County - the ones that brave the coast, wind along the river and tuck themselves into the hills and we thank them for their support.
Some say, the singer/songwriter character of the music scene in the county was seeded in the sixties by an exodus of hippies from San Francisco.
Hard to say. One thing is certain, music creates community.
